Comenius trip to Bordeaux

Our Comenius partner school Ecole Elementaire Lafon Feline in Bordeaux, France recently hosted the 3rd ‘Mobility’ of our current project.

A total of 26 children from all partner schools (England, Ireland, Catalonia and Denmark ) were hosted by families from the French school.

14 Children and 6 staff members from Shoscombe and St Julian’s were amongst those travelling.

We were able to compare and contrast the French language, culture and education system with our own. We were also able to learn about the activities that all partners have been undertaking as part of the 100 Project including playground games and songs. A highlight of the visit was visiting the largest sand dune in Europe – Dune du Pilat.
