Safeguarding

Shoscombe Church School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and requires all staff, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment. Our training programme (and review of this) and our procedures ensure that as a school we are compliant with the Keeping Children Safe in Education Act and all annual updates.

If you are concerned about the safety of a child in our school, you must report this to the Designated Safeguarding Lead – Mrs Tania Rorison.

Mrs Charlotte Webb & Mrs Ceri Mapstone are the deputy safeguarding leads and should be contacted in the absence of Mrs Tania Rorison.

If you are concerned about the conduct of a member of staff or a volunteer in our school, you must contact either Mrs Tania Rorison, Mrs Charlotte Webb & Mrs Ceri Mapstone

We have a MNSP Safeguarding Policy and Local Procedures, both can be viewed through our policy page.
