Arts Award Trip
Last week the Arts Award group visited Edwina Bridgeman¹s exhibition at the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath. Edwina has previously worked with all the children in Shoscombe school as part of our Comenius projects, creating art using recycled materials. It was lovely to see Edwina¹s own work displayed in such a prestigious gallery. The children studied the art works carefully identifying the materials used. They chose their favourite piece and made observational drawings. The children will now start work on their own sculptures inspired by their visit.
